Seller terms

Honest adverts

• Describe the car accurately, including damage, warning lights and outstanding finance.
• Use your own photos of the actual vehicle before publishing to real buyers.
• Keep mileage, MOT and service-history fields up to date.

Deposits and fees

You choose the reservation deposit for each advert. When card payments are connected, deposits are collected by our payment provider and paid out to your connected account, less a 1.5% platform fee. Full online payment is off by default and is your choice to enable.

Cancellations

If you withdraw from a reserved sale, you should refund the deposit. Repeatedly cancelling reservations may lead to your adverts being removed.

Trade sellers

Dealers must trade under their registered business name and meet UK consumer law obligations, including the Consumer Rights Act. Displaying a dealer label does not mean we have audited your business.

Removal

We may pause or remove adverts that are misleading, duplicated, unlawful or reported by buyers.
